Welcome to Sittin Pretty Ink. By booking an appointment or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. General Information

Sittin Pretty Ink is located within Daniel Shay Salon at 420 Germantown Rd., Cordova, TN, specializing in permanent makeup, cosmetic injectables, paramedical tattooing, and tiny tattoos.

These terms apply to all clients who book services through our website, phone, text, email, or in person.


2. Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

You may book via:

  • Online booking system
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Text

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows may be subject to additional booking restrictions or fees. If you cancel before 24 hours, we will apply your deposit to your rebooking.


4. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash

5. Refunds, Corrections, & Touch-Ups

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, corrections or touch-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the artist, depending on individual circumstances.


6. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to receive any services at Sittin Pretty Ink. We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances.


7. Health & Consent

All clients are required to complete a health and consent waiver before receiving services. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment or healing process.

We are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.


8. Results Disclaimer

Due to the nature of skin and individual healing, results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Factors such as skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and medications can impact final results.


9. Privacy Policy

By booking a service, you consent to the collection of personal information such as your name, contact details, and relevant medical history. This information is securely stored and used solely for service provision, legal compliance, and client communications.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.


10. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sittin Pretty Ink. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time by using the opt-out link provided in our emails.


11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly if we believe it may compromise your health, safety, or our professional standards.
